It’s been such a busy weekend.
Saturday started with Monmouth Carboot, it was a little sad knowing it was our last Monmouth Car Boot, we’ve gained a following, I would have loved to have carried on but the car boots only last whilst the weather is fine. This brought it home to me on Thursday when the Govilon Car Boot was cancelled and we ended up binning the cakes. Yes, we could have saved them for Monmouth, would they have been fresh? No. Would we have been happy selling them? No
So what’s next? Caldicot market on Tuesdays and Saturdays having now been given the all clear by EHO. To top that, The Lindors Country House Hotel invited me over. The head chef, Albert had spotted our cakes at Monmouth and has asked if we can supply all their cakes for their afternoon teas. So we start supplying them on Thursday.
In addition on Thursday, we’ve been asked to supply for a Charity Event in aid of The Headway Charity. So it’s going to be a really busy week. Happy in my work.
